His background includes serving as Luxury Brand Ambassador at Diageo India, managing beverages at Hakkasan Mumbai, and educating hospitality professionals across India.

Marne offers consulting for restaurants, hotels and new openings, including cocktail menu design, beverage programme development, costing, supplier strategy and operational systems. His services also include bartender training, spirits and service masterclasses, brand ambassadorship, events, guest shifts, pop-ups, competition judging and editorial collaborations. He works with clients in India and internationally, tailoring engagements to each venue, team and brief.
