Lorrae Jo

Lorrae Jo is a Philadelphia-based somatic trauma healing and relationship coaching practice offering trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming support in person and virtually. Founded by Lorrae Bradbury, the practice helps sensitive, deep-feeling people build self-trust, feel more at home in their bodies, and create safer, more authentic relationships. Coaching draws on nervous system regulation, somatic practices, relational tools, and authentic relating skills to support clients navigating trauma responses, people-pleasing, communication challenges, intimacy, pleasure, and embodiment.

The aim is to help clients set boundaries, express their needs, and move from disconnection toward greater ease and connection without minimizing life’s difficult parts. Lorrae Jo also provides full-spectrum doula care, including birth and postpartum support, abortion support, and care around miscarriage and pregnancy loss. In-person doula services are available in Philadelphia, with virtual abortion support worldwide and travel available across the United States.
