Los Gatos Foster Animals is a nonprofit cat rescue organization that operates solely with the help of dedicated volunteers. Our mission is to find loving homes for cats and kittens surrendered to our care. We serve Genesee, Shiawassee, and Lapeer Counties, providing safe foster homes until these animals can find permanent homes.

All of the cats and kittens in our care are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption. As a 501(c)3 organization, Los Gatos Foster Animals relies entirely on donations and has no paid staff or board members. Our dedicated volunteers invest their time, love, and homes to ensure the well-being of the animals in our care.

We prioritize the health, socialization, and spaying/neutering of each furbaby before they are adopted. Our adoption events primarily take place at PetSmart on weekends, except for major holidays. The adoption fee for our kitties is $140, covering vaccinations, combo testing, microchipping, health and care maintenance, and spay/neuter procedures.

We are always looking to expand our foster home network and welcome both long-term fosters and individuals interested in joining our Kitty City program at PetSmart. Additionally, we greatly appreciate donations, which can be made through PayPal or our Amazon Wishlist. By joining us, whether as a foster, volunteer, or donor, you can make a genuine impact on animal welfare and help us create a better world for cats in need.
