LostReef

LostReef is a pioneering brand dedicated to the restoration and protection of coral reefs, focusing specifically on the world's largest coral restoration program. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Key Largo, Florida, LostReef addresses the alarming decline of coral species, particularly the staghorn and elkhorn corals, which have become critically endangered. The organization leads innovative initiatives in large-scale reef restoration, employing techniques like farming and outplanting to cultivate coral colonies on specially designed Coral Trees™.

LostReef not only engages in ecological restoration but also emphasizes education and community involvement through various programs. They offer dive opportunities, educational activity packs, internships, and scholarships for marine conservation enthusiasts. Their mission is further supported by collaborations and a robust volunteer network encouraging citizen science.

By combining cutting-edge science with community engagement, LostReef inspires a global movement to save vital marine ecosystems while providing diverse educational resources and exciting ways for individuals to participate in coral conservation
