Customers can order bouquets for celebrations, expressions of love, sympathy, or simply to brighten a home, as well as gifts and seasonal floral pieces. The “Gathered for You” option offers a handpicked bouquet in several sizes for customers unsure what to choose. Lotte & Aud also provides flower subscriptions, including corporate arrangements on weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedules, and offers same-day delivery for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off. Pickup is available from its Kelmscott shop, with delivery across Perth and surrounding suburbs.
