Lotus Praktijk voor Rust & Herstel is a personal wellbeing practice in Purmerend, founded by Laura, offering support for women in perimenopause and menopause who want to feel calmer and more balanced. Laura combines her work as a breath coach, Reiki Master, Yoga Nidra teacher and behaviour specialist with an attentive, individual approach. The practice’s central programme, Jouw Rustkompas, is a ten-week coaching journey designed to help clients recognise tension, understand their patterns and build greater confidence in their own choices.
It includes five 90-minute individual sessions, breathwork, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, coaching, and exercises and recordings for home practice, with WhatsApp support between appointments. Lotus also offers standalone breath coaching and Reiki treatments, as well as Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 retreat courses in Purmerend. Its approach emphasises safety, connection, trust and personal agency, tailoring sessions to each client’s needs, boundaries and pace.
Introductory conversations are free and non-binding. Lotus describes its services as complementary to regular healthcare, not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment
