Lou AQUATIQUE

LOU Aquatique is a Lyon-based association dedicated to aquatic sports and sports education for people of all ages and abilities. Created in 2008 by M-O Consulting, it works to develop access to water-based activities and help participants discover their physical and wellbeing benefits. Its program includes aquagym, aqua circuit training, swimming lessons, and swimming-improvement classes for teenagers and adults.

The association also offers aquatic learning for children and adolescents, adult swimming development, and training packs related to the BNSSA and PSE 1 qualifications. Classes are adapted to participants’ experience, abilities, and goals, making the activities suitable for a range of levels. LOU Aquatique runs its activities at two addresses in Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement: 221 rue Garibaldi and 102 rue Antoine Charial.

The association publishes course schedules, fees, and registration information, and provides updates and contact details through its website and social media channels. Its aim is to make aquatic activity accessible while supporting fitness, relaxation, and confidence in the water
