Bedtime Bourbon

Bedtime Bourbon is an award-winning series of very small-batch straight bourbons made by the Louisville Bourbon Transit Co. in Kentucky. Each limited release has its own character, and the brand has earned medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition as well as positive reviews from bourbon critics and publications. The whiskey is minimally filtered, with only loose char removed to preserve flavors developed in the barrel. Bottles are filled in Bardstown, where the bourbon is brought to proof with Kentucky spring water and each bottle is hand-numbered.

The series includes batches made from bourbon distilled in Tennessee and Kentucky, with ages and production quantities varying by release. Bedtime Bourbon is available exclusively in Kentucky through local shops, bars, and restaurants. The brand’s website helps customers find retailers and shares information about its batches and production process. It also offers cocktail inspiration and email updates about upcoming releases. Bedtime Bourbon is presented as a versatile whiskey for sipping after work, relaxing, celebrating the weekend, or mixing into cocktails.
