**Love For Our Elders** is a Cleveland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating social isolation among older adults through heartfelt handwritten letters and fostering intergenerational connections. Founded in 2013 by Jacob Cramer, the initiative was inspired by the profound bond he shared with his grandfather and the desire to combat the loneliness experienced by many elders. To date, Love For Our Elders has successfully delivered over 500,000 letters to isolated seniors, mobilized 32 campus volunteer chapters, and engaged 10,000 participants annually for their signature event, Letter to an Elder Day.

The organization has also extended its reach to seniors in 27 countries around the world. Through various resources and volunteer opportunities, Love For Our Elders not only connects volunteers with seniors but also educates communities about the importance of compassion and connection in combating loneliness.
