Loveland Youth Basketball Association (LYBA) is a volunteer-led organization of parents, coaches, and community members serving young athletes in Loveland, Ohio. Its mission is to provide developmental, recreational, and competitive basketball opportunities for boys and girls while fostering respect, skill-building, teamwork, and sportsmanship. LYBA offers an instructional program for first- and second-grade players, a recreational program for grades three through eight, and select teams for fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-grade players.
These programs are designed to meet participants’ interests, abilities, and levels of commitment, helping young people develop both individually and as teammates. The association also supports coach development through recruitment and ongoing guidance. Its vision is to create a safe, fun, and inclusive basketball experience for the community’s youth, balancing learning and enjoyment with competitive play.
