Love of Pens is a Melbourne-based, Australian-owned retailer devoted to fine writing instruments and the pleasure of putting pen to paper. Its handpicked collection is for collectors and everyday writers, featuring ballpoint and fountain pens, fine paper and journals, bottled inks, and refills. The store offers products from established brands including Caran d’Ache, Conklin, Cross, Monteverde, Pilot, Sheaffer, and Private Reserve, with options ranging from practical everyday pens to distinctive fountain pens and gift sets.

Love of Pens says it sources products through a global network of premium suppliers and that its instruments are genuine originals. By handling importing, the business aims to make international products accessible to Australian customers without the hassle of customs or overseas delays. It also offers a sourcing service for customers seeking rare writing instruments, including pieces found through global auctions and brought to Melbourne.

Beyond its collection, Love of Pens shares guidance on choosing nibs and inks, alongside stories about writing and collecting.
