Love Your Birth

Love Your Birth is the doula practice of Sarah Kirchhoff, supporting women and families in Hannover and the surrounding area, with online options available. Sarah offers holistic, compassionate guidance through the journey of trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Her approach is intuitive, body-oriented, and connected to nature, with an emphasis on emotional support, building trust, and helping clients prepare for a positive, self-directed birth experience.

Services include doula support, postpartum care, pregnancy yoga, birth preparation, and birth-readiness sessions. Sarah also incorporates bodywork and approaches such as Spinning Babies® and the Body Ready Method®, as well as essential oils for pregnancy, birth, and the weeks after birth. Mamablessing gatherings are also among her offerings.

Based in her hometown of Hannover, Sarah draws on her personal experience as a mother, including the loss of two children, and her own journey from fear of childbirth to supporting others. Prospective clients can arrange an initial, no-obligation conversation to explore whether her support feels right for them.
