Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre supports the efforts of the Yuhua community to build community capital and mobilise people to benefit from national policies such as Healthier SG to help create a healthy community. To attain this goal, our staff and volunteers are equipped with the emerging skills needed to serve in the new integrated care environment, and we tap into assets in our community to address the needs of residents and strive towards making the community stronger and more resilient.

About Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre
Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre, based in the Yuhua community of Singapore, is a dedicated community builder offering a range of services to enhance the well-being of residents. Originally established to cater to the diverse needs of individuals in the Yuhua community, the center has evolved into an Active Ageing Centre and SG Cares Volunteer Centre. Their services include psycho-social care support, medical escort, and opportunities for individuals to volunteer and make a positive impact on the community.
Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre collaborates with various community stakeholders to create a supportive and resilient environment for all community members. By tapping into the assets within the community and empowering staff and volunteers with essential skills, the center aims to address residents' needs effectively.
