About LOVJOY Pilates
LOVJOY offers expert-led Pilates for women, with a focus on pelvic floor and core strength, posture, and movement that can support women experiencing pain, leaks, or postpartum tension. Based in Québec City and led by instructor Alexandra, the brand provides live online classes and private coaching, as well as in-person reformer sessions at its studio. Group classes take place on Zoom and include real-time cues and guidance; private sessions are tailored to individual needs, with exercises adjusted during the session.
Classes are available from $10 CAD, online private sessions from $52 CAD, and in-person private sessions from $85 CAD. For independent practice, LOVJOY offers introductory programs and challenges, including a 10-Day Intro to Pilates, a 21-Day Habit Challenge, and a six-week Gut & Pelvic Health Reset combining nutrition and pelvic floor guidance. Customers can also explore the LOVJOY app, library, learning resources, and guides.
The brand serves more than 500 women and offers a free class for newcomers, with online and studio options designed to make guided Pilates accessible from home or in person
