Lowcountry Pregnancy Center (LPC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving women and families in the Charleston area from its North Charleston location. The center provides free, confidential pregnancy and sexual health services, with medical staff and client advocates offering compassionate support and information for people facing an unexpected pregnancy.

Pregnancy services include pregnancy testing, nurse consultations, options consultations, medical referrals, and limited ultrasounds for eligible clients. LPC also provides testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea, with referrals for treatment when results are positive. The center offers information about abortion and pregnancy options but does not perform or refer for abortions.

To help families prepare for a baby, LPC provides parenting and fatherhood classes, along with opportunities to earn baby supplies while learning. Its services are intended to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Appointments are available at the Northside Drive center; the organization also offers phone consultations on Fridays.
