About Lembaga Penilai
LPEPH Malaysia, officially known as the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVAEP), was established in 1981 under the Ministry of Finance. This authoritative body is responsible for regulating the professions of valuers, appraisers, estate agents, and property managers in Malaysia. Governed by the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981, LPEPH ensures that practitioners adhere to high standards of professionalism and ethics.
