L.R. Cigars is an Illinois-based cigar brand founded by Leonard Ray Smith, whose journey from Sardis, Alabama, to the Chicago suburbs informs its blend of Southern roots, urban sophistication, and respect for cigar culture. The company welcomes both experienced aficionados and newcomers, presenting cigar smoking as an opportunity to slow down and enjoy the moment.
Its cigars are hand-rolled in Tamboril, Dominican Republic, using a San Andreas wrapper, Dominican binder, and a blend of Nicaraguan, Dominican, and Pennsylvania filler tobaccos. The range includes traditional and infused options, with styles such as the Profyle Stick Double Wrapped Toro, The Trifecta Culebra, The Universal infused cigar, and The Bellmay Figurado Maduro. L.R. Cigars sells its products online and highlights careful craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and an unhurried aging process.
The brand also offers a mobile cigar lounge in a converted Greyhound bus, featuring plush seating, a curated humidor, and amenities for events. Customers can explore the lounge and contact L.R. Cigars to discuss services or ask questions.
