LRF

Latvijas Riteņbraukšanas federācija (LRF) is the authoritative body overseeing cycling sports in Latvia, dedicated to promoting cycling activities and supporting athletes at all levels. The federation offers a wide range of services, including the organization of competitions, training opportunities, and the management of licenses for various cycling disciplines such as road racing, mountain biking (MTB), and BMX.

Through its structure, which includes a board, council, and various commissions, LRF also ensures adherence to anti-doping regulations and provides educational resources for members about insurance options, membership fees, and competition rules. They actively support youth development programs, aiming to guide young cyclists towards future excellence.

Regular meetings, such as the upcoming member assembly in March 2025, further strengthen community ties and promote transparency regarding budget approvals and yearly reports. LRF remains committed to fostering a vibrant cycling culture within Latvia, encouraging participation and excellence in cycling through structured support and competitive opportunities.
