LSV Münster

Luftsportverein Münster e.V. (LSV Münster) is an aviation club based at Münster-Telgte airfield, bringing together people interested in flying and offering instruction in gliding and ultralight aviation. As an officially approved training organisation, the club provides individual support to student pilots as they work toward the relevant pilot licences, with experienced instructors guiding their progress. Its gliding group also offers prospective members a fixed-price trial membership, with instruction leading to the A certificate; the club particularly welcomes young people and supports an active youth group.

Visitors can experience motor or glider flying through introductory flights over Münster or Telgte, offered for €60, and gift vouchers are available by email. The club operates a fleet that includes gliders and ultralight aircraft, and has invested in newer aircraft and an electric winch. Its activities also extend beyond flying: members care for and maintain aircraft, share experiences, and take part in club and youth-group events. LSV Münster presents aviation as both practical training and a rewarding community pursuit.
