About Leadership Training Association
The Leadership Training Association (LTA) is a non-profit organization that aims to foster personal development among young executives to serve the community. Established in 1992, LTA offers an annual Leadership Training Course (LTC) that covers various aspects of quality leadership. The course uses experiential learning and group activities to convey key leadership concepts to participants.
One distinct feature of the LTC is its ability to adapt to the ever-changing society by delegating the organization and execution of the course to previous year's graduates. These graduates become the pillars of the association, bringing fresh ideas that align with the community's needs for the new generation of leaders. LTA's training program is based on the acclaimed experiential learning model developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs.
