LuboParkour

Lubomír Baum, known in the parkour community as Lubo, is a professional parkour athlete and certified trainer with nearly ten years of experience. His work combines movement, physical training and personal development, and he aims to inspire others by sharing the skills and knowledge he has gained through practice and international experience. He is a founding member of the Czech Parkour Association and leads the Improve Yourself parkour organization and school.

Lubo offers an online parkour course, individual lessons and regular group training with his team in several cities across Moravia and Silesia. His programs also include workshops, training camps and children’s camps. For private and public events, he provides parkour performances and can take part in photography, filming, interviews and talks related to the sport.

His coaching emphasizes technique, fitness, safety and steady improvement. Lessons are available individually or in groups, while workshops and events introduce participants to parkour as both an art of movement and a way of life.
