The LUCA – Luxembourg Center for Architecture is a private non-profit foundation declared of public utility whose main mission is to promote architectural quality as a cultural fact. Through a multidisciplinary and multiscalar approach, LUCA addresses the issues and problems faced by the different actors involved in the built environment production. Since its creation in 1992 under the name "Fondation de l’Architecture et de l’Ingénierie", the organisation's main objective is to foster the quality of the built environment as an essential value of contemporary society. As a platform for exchange and action for a wide audience, from the curious amateur or committed citizen to the political decision-maker or professionals, LUCA is the initiator of a wide cultural programme responding to the diversity of its audiences: cycles of lectures and debates, exhibitions, guided tours, screenings, educational workshops, the Luxembourg Architecture Award, the Luxembourg Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale, etc. Its publications, archives, and library, rich in nearly 7,000 old and recent works, offer the audience additional research and documentation tools. LUCA's team, together with its Board of Directors, is committed to dialogue and exchanges between cultural players on a national, European and international level by regularly implementing collaborative projects.

LUCA Luxembourg Center for Architecture is the leading cultural institution in Luxembourg dedicated to the creation and dissemination of knowledge about architecture and urban planning as essential expressions of human civilization and critical factors for sustainable quality of life. As a center for resources and programming, LUCA offers a wide range of products and services to foster a deeper understanding of architecture's origins, current conditions, and value. Their exhibition, Luxembourg in Transition: Visions for a Desirable Future, at the 18th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, showcases thought-provoking concepts.
