Luca Filippi is an Italian racing driver whose career spans karting, open-wheel racing, sports cars, and electric touring cars. Filippi began karting in 1994 and progressed through Italian junior and Formula Renault competition before winning the Formula 3000 CSAI Championship at his debut.
He later competed in GP2, earning third overall in 2007 and becoming the series’ vice-champion in 2011, with multiple wins and podiums. His experience also includes testing roles with Minardi and Honda Formula 1 teams and developing Formula 1 and GP2 tires for Pirelli. In IndyCar, he raced for several teams and recorded a podium, fastest laps, and top-ten finishes.
