Luce per l'Autismo

Luce per l’Autismo ODV is a nonprofit volunteer association founded in 2011 in Turin by parents of autistic children and adults, together with supporting members. Working in the social and health fields, it aims to improve the quality of life, autonomy, and rights of autistic people, while respecting individual needs and abilities. The association connects families and guardians, collaborates with organizations and public bodies, and promotes information about autism, research, and relevant rights through courses, conferences, and awareness activities.

Its services include the free, appointment-based Sportello Autismo Diritti, which helps families understand how to request healthcare and social-health services such as home care, day centers, and residential communities. The association also supports families with information on legal protections, including guardianship and support administration, and on individual care planning. Through a project developed with ANGSA Torino ODV, it offers families initial specialist legal and psychoeducational consultations to help them navigate rights, services, and life planning. Luce per l’Autismo invites people to join, volunteer, or donate to support its work.
