The platform also offers searchable directories and rankings, including lists of landlords with high violation counts, crime information by ZIP code, and rent-stabilized buildings. Live feeds highlight recent evictions and newly flagged violations, while tenant tools let users contribute reviews and learn more about their buildings. Lucid Rents reports monitoring 954,000 New York City buildings and combining data from more than 100 public sources, including HPD, DOB, and OATH records. By consolidating these details into one record per building, the service aims to make housing research more accessible and help renters make informed decisions.
