Telovadnica Maglica is a boutique women’s gym in Velenje, Slovenia, offering professionally guided exercise tailored to each participant’s body, abilities, goals, and health needs. Sessions take place individually or in mini-groups of up to four, allowing exercises to be adapted and attention given to each person.

The gym combines kinesiology, therapeutic exercise, Pilates principles, and strength, mobility, balance, and endurance training. Its programs support women experiencing back, hip, knee, shoulder, or neck pain; incontinence; recovery after injury or surgery; and challenges related to specific health conditions. Specialized options are available for pregnant women and new mothers, including support around pregnancy and postpartum concerns, as well as for women in perimenopause and menopause.

Services include small-group kinesiology sessions, adapted Pilates, and individual consultations. Individual support may include an initial assessment and simple exercises to practise at home. Telovadnica Maglica aims to help clients gradually reduce difficulties, improve wellbeing, and enhance quality of life, while also welcoming women seeking safe, personalized exercise for general fitness.
