Ludo gained widespread recognition through his innovative LudoBites restaurant tour from 2007 to 2012, earning the title of the pop-up king. He played a crucial role in popularizing the concept of pop-up restaurants and establishing their viability as a successful business model. While known for his refined dining experiences, Ludo also introduced a new culinary trend to the streets of Los Angeles with his famous food truck, the LudoTruck, offering delicious fried chicken.
