Ludo Robotics is a robotics research company focused on making robots more socially intelligent and easier for people to work with. Its mission is to develop AI that enables people to instruct, guide, and collaborate with robots naturally through speech, gesture, and shared understanding. The company aims to create robots that can interpret intent, ask clarifying questions, and adapt as circumstances change, rather than simply execute predefined actions.

Ludo Robotics is building Ludi, its first-generation foundation model for social interaction, trained on proprietary human and robot interaction data. The company’s approach brings together social understanding, communication, and physical action in a single interactive loop, allowing a robot to listen, clarify, respond, and act as part of the same exchange. This work addresses the gap between robots that can perform physical tasks and conversational AI that can interact with people.
