Pamjatnye Mesta Lugovoy is a historical and local-heritage website devoted to the Moscow-region settlement of Lugovaya, also known as Kachalkino. It documents the village’s past, the history of the V.R. Williams All-Union Research Institute of Forages, and Lugovaya’s place in the Great Patriotic War.
