The design features fully openable windows, terrace gardens on each storey, and a rooftop garden. Furthermore, Verdical contributes positively to the urban landscape with shaded retail spaces, tiled artworks, and a delightful urban beach concept with baths, pools, and relaxation areas. The building also integrates passive and active environmental design features, providing shading for windows and maintaining a sustainable approach.
