Lumbarest

Lumbarest is a home wellness brand offering lumbar traction, spinal stretching, and support products for adults seeking ways to support everyday back and neck comfort. Its range includes the Lumbarest lumbar traction and back decompression mat, which uses body weight and movable ribs to create a gentle, self-limiting stretching force without motors or external weights. Other products include a lower-back stretcher, a cervical traction and support pillow, a heated lumbar massage cushion, a red and near-infrared light therapy wrap, and an acupressure mat and pillow set.

The brand presents its products as home-use options inspired by spinal traction and decompression concepts, with potential relevance to mobility, flexibility, and general comfort; individual experiences may vary. Lumbarest also provides informational articles and frequently asked questions about back pain, spinal anatomy, stretching, and home traction. Its website advises that these products do not replace professional diagnosis, medical advice, or prescribed treatment, and recommends consulting a qualified healthcare professional when considering traction, particularly if a medical condition or concern may affect suitability
