Lumo Conservancy is a brand dedicated to wildlife conservation and community development. Located within the Tsavo Landscape in Taita Taveta County, Lumo Conservancy comprises three community ranches, namely Lualenyi, Mramba, and Oza. Together, these ranches contribute a total of 48,000 acres of protected land.
Established in 1997 and officially registered in 2001, Lumo Conservancy aims to sustainably conserve and manage the region's wildlife resources for the optimal benefit of the local community. With a vision to become the leading community conservancy and ultimate tourist destination in Africa, Lumo Conservancy upholds core values of integrity, inclusivity, innovation, passion, equality, quality, stewardship, and equity.
