Lundblads

Lundblads Begravningsbyrå is an authorised funeral services provider in Gothenburg, with a history dating back to 1858. A traditional family business run by the Ekenved family since 1924, it serves families across Gothenburg and western Sweden with experienced, personal guidance. Its advisers support clients before, during and after a funeral, handling practical arrangements and helping create a respectful, individual farewell, regardless of faith.

Services include planning ceremonies, choosing coffins or urns, selecting flowers and music, and finding suitable churches, chapels or other venues for services and memorial gatherings. The bureau also assists with obituaries, memorial pages, flower orders and remembrance gifts, and provides information for funeral guests. Clients can meet advisers in person, online, by phone or at home, and a telephone service is available around the clock.

Lundblads also connects clients with Verahill for legal guidance, including estate inventories, estate administration, inheritance distribution, wills and family law. The bureau is part of Klarahill and offers Livsarkivet, a resource for recording personal wishes and practical information for the future
