Lupin Dental is a dental robotics company founded in 2019 by cosmetic dentistry experts Dr. Stéfen Koubi and Dr. Galip Gürel. The company aims to make complex dental treatments more accessible by helping practitioners at different experience levels deliver consistent, high-quality care and aesthetic results. Its Lupin Robotic System is designed as a digital expression of the founders’ clinical knowledge and practical expertise.
The system forms part of a broader Lupin ecosystem: a robotic platform combined with modular application software. The company says this technology is intended to reshape dental workflows and improve the experience for both patients and dentists, while supporting more standardized clinical outcomes and changing the economics of aesthetic treatments. Lupin’s founders bring experience as clinicians, educators, authors and international speakers, and the company is supported by leadership, clinical experts and strategic advisors.
The Lupin Robotic System is currently pending FDA and MDR approval and is not cleared by any health regulatory body. Lupin Dental’s research and development operations are based in Montpellier, France.
