Lursare

Lursare Ekosistemas is a rural agriculture and livestock consultancy that connects farmers, livestock producers, land, food and people to support healthier soils and more resilient farming systems. The organization views agriculture not only as a way to produce nutritious, quality food, but also as a means of sustaining rural communities, conserving natural resources, shaping landscapes and passing on local cultures and traditions.

Lursare offers training, tailored advice and support, and coordination of agricultural and rural innovation projects. Its courses cover composting and organic matter management, ecological and regenerative farming, grazing, soil restoration, crop fertilization, cover crops, and the preparation and reproduction of biofertilizers and local or specialized microorganisms. For producers seeking to change their practices, Lursare develops integrated plans that consider economic, agronomic and human factors, then provides ongoing, year-by-year guidance as changes are introduced. It also helps explore routes to market for farm products.

As an innovation agent, Lursare helps groups develop project ideas, find partners, prepare funding applications and coordinate approved projects.
