LuxeKho

Luxe Kho is a custom luxury home builder serving the Central Coast and Sydney, specialising in architecturally considered new homes, renovations, and structured pre-construction planning. The company works with clients to create distinctive residences shaped around their visions, lifestyles, and practical needs, combining comfort, functionality, and refined design.

The process begins with a consultation to understand the project and assess whether the partnership is a good fit. Luxe Kho then reviews site conditions, council constraints, feasibility, and budget before collaborating with architects and interior designers on plans, spatial flow, and materials. Before construction starts, the team coordinates documentation, approvals, trades, and procurement. During the build, clients receive regular updates and direct access to the team, with Shaun remaining hands-on throughout construction.

Luxe Kho also provides a detailed handover, defect-period care, and ongoing support. The builder works alongside designers, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to keep projects aligned from concept through completion. Its bespoke approach focuses on careful craftsmanship and attention to both visible finishes and less apparent construction details.
