LuxJB

LuxJB, through its Stark Villas and Stark Mansions collections, offers luxury villa and mansion rentals in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, and nearby neighborhoods. The company says it owns and manages its properties and has 25 years of hospitality experience. Its private, gated homes range from five to twelve bedrooms and accommodate families, larger groups, and guests seeking a secluded stay. Listings include villas with resort-style amenities and options for different group sizes, with nightly rates varying by property.

Guests can book directly with the owners, avoiding third-party booking fees. LuxJB also provides bespoke services intended to make stays more convenient, including pre-arrival home preparation, kitchens stocked to guests’ preferences, private massage therapy, yoga, chef, butler, and maid services. Additional offerings include in-villa cooking classes, vehicle rentals, and arrangements for filming and events. The properties are positioned near shopping, restaurants, and attractions in Los Angeles’ upscale areas, combining residential privacy with access to local dining, entertainment, and recreation.
