The process begins with a no-obligation conversation, followed by research into resort details, villa locations, reef access, seasonal winds, transport and on-the-ground conditions. Clients receive a personalised itinerary and can book directly with a resort, another provider or a trusted local contact. A fixed design fee does not change according to the choices made, and accommodation is paid directly to the selected provider. The service includes support before departure and during the stay, with one point of contact throughout.
