LWYL Studio, LLC is a people-first social design studio focused on making learning and work innovations more accessible, inclusive, and consent-driven. Its name, LWYL—Live What You Love—reflects a vision of helping people build purposeful lives on their own terms through learning and work opportunities that are freely available and cause no harm. The studio works with organizations and communities to design solutions with people, centering lived experience and sharing decision-making power so that innovations work in real-world settings.

LWYL Studio offers consultancy and advisory services to improve the inclusive usability of products, platforms, and internal systems. It also develops and delivers professional training to help teams and workplace cultures become more inclusive as they build new solutions. Through its library and publishing work, the studio curates and produces resources—including articles, reports, books, tools, and toolkits—to support accessible, inclusive, and consent-driven innovation. LWYL Studio invites organizations whose tools or initiatives are not working for everyone to get in touch for support in understanding challenges and designing improvements.
