Lykken med Heste is a horse therapy and riding business based at Drejensvej in Kolding, Denmark, near Kolding Fjord. Run by pedagogue and horse therapist Lykke Bergmann Pedersen, it offers children and young people aged 5–18 a calm, supportive space to explore wellbeing and personal development with horses. Sessions are adapted to each child and allow them to take things at their own pace, with the horses serving as attentive companions.
The business also offers nature rides for children and adults, welcoming both beginners and experienced riders. Guests can enjoy the landscape along Kolding Fjord and experience the surrounding woods, fields and trails. Ride camps provide a full day of activities, including spending time with, grooming and caring for the horses, a ride to the water and creative pursuits.
Lykken med Heste is set on 14 hectares of natural land, where Icelandic horses live in an outdoor herd environment. Its services bring together horses, nature and presence, offering opportunities for therapy, riding and outdoor experiences in peaceful surroundings.
