Lyppens

Lyppens is a family-run jeweller and atelier in Amsterdam, combining a long heritage with specialist jewellery craftsmanship. Established in 1959 in a seventeenth-century building on Langebrugsteeg, the business has grown into a recognised destination where knowledge, expertise and traditional skills are central. Now led by the third generation of the Lyppens family, it offers an extensive collection of new, vintage, antique and handmade jewellery.

The range includes rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, pendants, brooches and signed pieces, as well as engagement and wedding rings in different styles and gold colours. Customers can also explore jewellery featuring diamonds and gemstones, alongside silverware, table silver, candlesticks, cutlery, picture frames and gifts such as baby rattles and children’s cups.

At the heart of Lyppens is its on-site atelier, staffed by diamond setters, restorers, and master gold- and silversmiths. The team repairs, resizes, personalises, designs and creates jewellery, supporting customers with attentive, personal service. Lyppens welcomes visitors at its Amsterdam store and offers appointments for visits.
