Lyžařské Jihlavsko

Lyžařské Jihlavsko is a project run by the SK Lyžařské Jihlavsko association, focused on cross-country skiing around Jihlava and across the nearby hills of the Vysočina region. Its volunteers prepare and maintain ski trails, helping local residents and visitors enjoy winter recreation in the area. It also features webcams at Český mlýn, Nový Hojkov and Vysoká, where a standard five-kilometre loop is available. Local weather information helps skiers plan their outings. Trail maintenance is supported by donations to the association’s transparent fundraising account, and the project acknowledges contributions from public institutions, schools, businesses and other partners, including the City of Jihlava, the Vysočina Region, the Municipality of Hojkov and the ČEZ Foundation.
