PT Mandiri Mitra Muhibbah (M-3) is an Indonesian national defence industry established in 2002, providing integrated engineering, technology, systems support, testing, and technical services. Officially designated by the Indonesian Ministry of Defence and listed in the national defence industry directory, the company supports defence readiness through a range of lifecycle capabilities. Its services include repair and maintenance for defence, electronic, mechanical, and weapon systems; system engineering and integration; and technical development and support.

M-3 designs and manufactures large and small target drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, defence equipment, mechanical components, electronic equipment, and specialised systems. It also offers training and simulation systems, surveillance, flight testing and evaluation, ballistic testing equipment, indoor shooting range solutions, installation, commissioning, quality assurance equipment, components, and ongoing technical support. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification through DQS and is part of the IQNet-certified management system network. M-3 works with Indonesian government and institutional partners and pursues international collaboration with industry and technology organisations to support technology transfer and national capability.
