M2Develop

M2Develop is a Fort Lauderdale yacht interiors studio founded and led by Ryan Altman, who was raised in the industry and works with shipyards and yacht owners. The studio’s work spans more than fifty delivered interiors for leading European yacht brands, with projects extending from Europe to America. Its approach brings together design, styling and development to make each yacht feel personal as well as carefully considered, balancing the atmosphere of a welcoming sanctuary with the visual impact of a distinctive setting.

M2Develop offers services for new builds, refits and styling, handling projects from initial drawings through delivery. Its work is shaped by attention to details, materials and the decisions involved in turning a hull into a comfortable, characterful home. The studio also shares stories and practical notes about the choices and trade-offs behind its projects, written for brokers, shipyards and owners. Based in Fort Lauderdale, M2Develop invites clients and industry professionals to contact the studio to discuss their yacht interior needs.
