M3L Advocacy provides personalized independent facilitation and advocacy support for individuals and families navigating California’s Regional Center system, with a focus on the Self-Determination Program. Founded by Rhonda Moeller, a Guide Light Certified Independent Facilitator, the organization combines professional experience supporting families with firsthand experience as a parent of a teenager with autism who has participated in the program for four years.
