About MABU-DO
Karate Club MABU-DO Olomouc is a well-established karate club in Olomouc, Czech Republic, founded in 1993. With more than 30 years of tradition, it focuses on teaching children and young people, supporting both their sporting development and personal growth. Training is available through a beginners’ karate program for children aged 6 to 12, as well as development opportunities for more advanced youth and teenage students.
The club teaches Shotokan JKA karate and prepares its members through regular training and participation in seminars, training camps, and other events organized by the JKA Czech Republic association. Its athletes compete at regional and national levels, and some have earned medals at Czech and international competitions. Several talented young members are also part of the broader Czech national team selection.
Instruction is led by sensei Eva Buzková, a fifth-degree JKA black belt, international instructor for the JKA Czech Republic association, and youth national team coach. MABU-DO shares club news, documents, photographs, and information for members and families through its website and social media.
