Mabyduck is a self-serve evaluation platform that helps teams assess and improve generative AI systems using human feedback. It supports evaluation of audio, video, images, and interactive experiences, turning subjective opinions into measurable evidence. Users can create configurable studies, collect side-by-side preferences, run surveys, and apply rubrics to compare model outputs and track results on leaderboards. For audio and other multilingual tasks, Mabyduck offers interfaces in 13 languages, with additional localization available on request, and access to raters fluent in multiple languages and dialects.

The platform provides evaluation infrastructure for integrating studies into existing workflows. Teams can upload datasets, configure experiments, retrieve results through an API, and use webhooks to automate processes. Mabyduck also supports large-scale human-feedback collection for model fine-tuning, repeatable regression tests across model versions, and embedded experiments featuring avatars, 3D worlds, video, or custom interfaces. Session recordings and browser-based debugging help teams review interactions and investigate results. Customers can get started independently or book a demo to discuss a tailored study.
