MaccoFit

MaccoFit is a personal training service based in Sneek and the surrounding area, led by trainer Vince Macco. It helps clients work toward goals such as losing weight, building strength, improving fitness, and adopting healthier habits through tailored coaching and sustainable training. Sessions can take place at home, outdoors, or at another location, with plans adapted to each person’s goals, experience, schedule, and needs.

Services include one-to-one personal training, small-group training for two to four people, practical nutrition advice, and responsible training focused on rehabilitation and injury prevention. MaccoFit also offers kickboxing training in Sneek, using pad work and technique practice without sparring. These sessions can be arranged individually or in a small group and are designed to support fitness, coordination, calorie burning, and stress relief.

The process begins with a free introductory conversation to discuss goals and any concerns. MaccoFit then develops a personal plan and provides ongoing guidance to support progress, motivation, and lasting fitness. A free kickboxing session is also available to try.
