Macs Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics 05 Ltd. was founded in 1987 by Mr. Noel McFarlane and his wife, Mrs.
Clover McFarlane, to address the need for pharmaceuticals that were in short supply. Specializing in the manufacturing of antacids, creams, ointments, and skin cleansers, the company has since expanded its product range to include tablets, capsules, herbal medications, Intravenous Fluids (IV), and eye drops. With a focus on quality, efficacy, and affordability, Macs Pharmaceuticals has earned a reputation for excellence, securing government tenders and gaining GMP certification from the Ministry of Health & Wellness Jamaica.
Today, the company operates from a state-of-the-art facility with a dedicated quality control laboratory. While most products are consumed locally, exports to countries in the Caribbean account for a significant portion of sales.
