Madame Fù is a captivating contemporary Chinese restaurant located in the stunning colonial building of 1880s in the Tai Kwun heritage compound, Hong Kong. Situated on the entire 3rd floor of the former police headquarters, Madame Fù offers a unique dining experience in an artistic atmosphere. You can choose to relax in the Verandah with a view of the Parade Ground or explore one of the six other dining rooms to savor our delectable signature dishes, including Chinese dim sum, the exquisite truffle chicken, Western desserts, and afternoon teas.

Madame Fù's story is shrouded in mystery, but one thing is certain - her beauty, independence, and wit were unmatched. Coming from humble beginnings, she refused the traditional path of a pre-arranged marriage and embarked on a journey to Shanghai and later Paris where she fell in love with the Grand Cafés. Inspired by her passion for Parisian culture, we have recreated the elegance and style of that era in our restaurant, bar, and private dining rooms.
